Tangy Potatoes

Peal and cut 3 potatoes – medium size pieces
Boil the potatoes

In the meantime dry fry 1 tsp cumin seeds.
Grind with 1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1 tsp coriander seeds.

Once potatoes are boiled:
Add little oil in a sauce pan.
Add a bit of cumin seeds
When cumin seeds start to sputter – add the potatoes.
Add salt at this point.
Once potatoes are browned – add the mixture made above – don’t add all of it — add to taste.
Also add some amchur + chilli powder to taste.

Once everything is fully cooked:
Add juice of 1/2 lime + handful of finely chopped coriander
