- 1 medium size lauki (bottle gourd), peeled & sliced
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup milk
- Cut the lauki and soak in water
- Add Ghee & oil in a pan
- When hot, add the green chillies & cumin seeds
- When they pop add the lauki and cook.
- When half way cooked, add peas + salt + a pinch of sugar + cumin powder
- When water has dried out add the milk.
- When veggies are tender garnish with coriander leaves
